  • i am having soooo many problems with my acer laptop it runs on a windows Vista i wanted to return it to factory settings but the problem is it was built by my girlfriends step uncle he owns Giabitz (caddillac MI) and he didnt give her a cd for a re boot i really need help here if any one knows how to do it with out a disk or were i can get the softwere for it


  • If there is a recovery pariation on the computer, click start, all programs, system recovery. Then the only way to go back to factory settings is with a cd, so either you need to call the uncle or call Acer and request the recovery cds.
